Yes but those 400,000 were vetted and in the process of becoming legal!! Unlike the millions now that are not vetted. That’s the difference.
Nobody really has a problem with LEGAL immigration.. the problem that we all have now is the fact that the majority of the migrants here now are illegal and they have not been vetted
