A split grip drill will help with this. Assuming you're right handed, take your normal grip with your left hand then place your right hand below the bottom of the grip. Take some slow swings that way and gradually increase the speed. You literally can't come over the top when holding the club that way. It will help ingrain the feeling of 1) coming from in to out and 2) turning your body.
