The developer is an idiot and should get fricked here.
But let’s not feel sorry for the lady either. She bought it at a tax auction and hadn’t been to the land in years, like 5 years. It was likely strictly an investment and she is trying to play the poor old me card to make more money here. It’s her right. But I’m not feeling sorry for her either.

I mean this isn't relevant to the developer building in the entirely wrong spot, at all
. Why does it matter how she got the lot?
