Which means that the Fed is going to launder a ton of money thru Baltimore that will end up in the hands of leftist groups.

Which is sad because the Fed probably should be heavily involved in something of this magnitude in a perfect world. Unfortunately, it'll just be an opportunity to turn the brazenly illegal and immoral into clean Democrat dollars.
