Training is the issue. All of the replies are talking about how they are productive.
But from a manager point of view new employees are not being effectively trained, feel abandoned, and are leaving quickly.
For people who have been working at a company, wfh is great from them. However when companies are looking at longevity, they need trained employees with a feeling of connection and a work culture.
The sad truth is that most work does not need top talent, it just needs a trained monkey that shows up on time and is accountable.
