How so? Maybe they promised her facility upgrades after she won multiple national championships, yet they failed to deliver.

Mulkey stood up for Baylor and carried that athletic program on her back after the sexual assault scandals and they turned their back on her as soon as they had a new AD.

Now they live in women’s basketball anonymity. Congrats.

I have a friend that is a Baylor “insider” and this is accurate. As soon as Men’s team won, the plans for their new arena were immediately put into action.

Neither party is wrong. Women’s ball is the most popular women’s sport and it’s infinitesimal compared men’s. But it’s also BS to wait to justify a new anrena until the men finally won after sucking for 2 decades.
