LOL, just saw a notification from Truth Social that AOC wants to seize assets today. Says there's a risk of political corruption if they don't... Implying shady transactions through Truth Social to raise the money.

If the judge was smart, he'd reduce the security to 100 million. Trump would be able to get a bond for that.

Trump could just declare bankruptcy, then the judgment gets stayed.
People are saying that would be a huge PR hit, but he could easily spin it as his only response to lawfare.
Bankruptcy could have other implications for him, like triggering a default on other loans or something. Still, it should be an option to consider.
