Is it worth the $250 to hope that it's not already in the process of being claimed by someone else? I'm going through the form using the same trademarked categories Linda and Vince used for trademarking names.
Inflation seems to also be affecting USPTO fees. The last trademark application I filed cost only $75. My dad's got it framed in his office...which is fair since he does the grunt work.
ETA: I did it. Though I will be surprised if someone hasn't already beaten me to it.
