The House ought to expel @RepGallagher immediately. His ploy to remain in office until the 19th prevents him from being replaced leaving his seat empty until after the November election. If @SpeakerJohnson expels him before the 9th he can be replaced now. h/t @sims67127

I really don't think Johnson has the balls for this, but let's hope I'm wrong.
