Time to sell Ubiquiti?

Hi…I bought some UI late last May ’23 in the $160 range after there was a major drop from $230 range in early May. Now it’s in the $110 - $115 range. With my 1-year mark coming up soon I’m wondering if it will come up and if I should sell.*
I know they had some major security issues, plus supply chain issues, which I believe caused the big drop, so any chance of them getting thru this situation eventually and going up? I don't have much, and I’m not needing the money I will get back from selling. Is holding out for a while a good call at all?
With such a big drop from $350ish high back in 10/22, I’m wondering if they are going to end up just closing down. I don’t follow tech like theirs, so not sure if there is something there I’m missing.
If it matters any, Fidelity has them at a .7 Bearish. Four for Neutral, 1 @ Bearish, and 1 @ Very Bearish. Last I looked a month or so back I believe it was more neutral to light bullish. The price was in the high $120 - mid $130 range.
*Note: Thinking about it is there a difference between selling at a lost pre-1yr vs post 1yr?
Hope this makes sense, and please bear with me as I’m still a newb trying to learn things. TIA!

Given this, I think one piece of advice is that buying high and selling low is a risky strategy.

Yeah well that wasn't the plan obviously, as I thought I was buying low at the time. Is what it is, so just wondering if I should cut my losses as there is something out there about them that I don't know, and they will just keep going down.
It's all a learning experience no doubt.
