I have lost alot of weight since getting strict on low sugar, low carbs, and no fake sugars...

dropped it fast, but it is hard.

when i think about how much money would be saved in medical treatment of obesity caused issues, I can see a benefit to everyone. Lower insurance premiums and less strain on the healthcare world to treat "self-inflicted wounds".

helping those that will not help themselves....it took my doctor telling me point blank "would you like to see your kids get married and meet your grand children? If so then we got to make a change."
