The HWY 1 issue isn't about blocking a lane. It can be caused by a wreck on this side road miles from the Interstate.

What really gets my goat is the fact that there really was no planning for urban sprawl and eventual population growth in outlying areas. These two factors meeting "in the middle" area wise was very, no extremely foreseeable (?). It's almost as if they thought we would all live within a 20 mile radius of downtown. Am I crazy?
