The current expansion project is much-needed, but it will never do as much for traffic problems as a good loop would do. Instead, we'll get a bridge at St. Gabe that will offer some marginal utility, but will be too far off I-10 to ever make a loop that enough traffic would use to make a worthwhile impact.
