Add in a third day for 20-30 minutes to start with. Once you're doing that for about a month, and get accustomed to that, make one run a little longer. Shoot for 45 one week, then 50 the next, then 55, then an hour. Then once you're used to an hour once a week, up that 30 minute run. Baby steps will get you there. Keep a slightly slower pace on the long run. Running is one of those things that you can build your base up slowly and before you know it you're feeling great on a longer run.
