Really, it is all about the weather.
If the day turns out to be cloudless, then just find a place that is comfortable where you have access to a bathroom.
But if it is partly cloudy, you need to be mobile so you can relocate 10 miles down the road to get a clear patch of sky between you and the sun at the right time.
If it is mostly or all cloudy, you might need to relocate 100 - 200 miles to get blue sky.
