I'm not making any claims to flavors "evaporating"... That does not make any sense.

Again, I'm not making any claims that adding liquid boil at a certain time makes a drastic difference. But I can also acknowledge that boiling essential oils has an impact on the flavor of the oil. How much impact is up for debate.
