This is me.
Usually, as of late, my training sessions straddle the midnight hour, but I'm sick of it. Never really been a morning lift guy, but I want to become one. I want to get the lift done and move on to other things as opposed to feeling like I'm pushing my training as late as possible and cramming it in at the end of the day. I often do the same with my walking/steps, not 100%, but too much. I'm tired of feeling rushed, and I've had too many instances lately of procrastinating all day, saying "I"ll start right after this" until it gets real late and then I get really tired and just say "frick it". I'll do the lift a day late, and it feels like I'm always off schedule.
I don't think there's inherently anything wrong with late training. I've just been doing it that way for so long I want to do things differently for a while.
