These people just overthink things and get away from tried-and-true methods.
One, the people making the decisions don’t listen to the people actually doing the work.
Two, the decision makers aren’t happy until they completely (uselessly) overhaul the curriculum every few years.
They have to keep positions open for incompetents by making all these changes.
