So if laws and regulations are ignored (by this judge) can another judge rule that we can possess fully automatic firearms without any bullshite ATF paperwork and fees?
Because that would be great. And suppressors as well.
And to clarify I believe every single gun law on the books is unconstitutional because they are all an infringement. The only law that could be passed that would not be an infringement would be if the government required every citizen to posses a firearm.
