Well the state has them registered as a business at that location in at least as early as 1984. I’m pretty sure that it was there even before that though.

Well shite, I’m gonna shut up then. Lord knows when I was going to see the orthodontist when I was in junior high, a bar wouldn’t have made much of an impression on me.
