I wasn’t born in 79 but it lasted past 99. Hoodoo Natty lite nights were alive and thriving circa 2001-2004 at least while I was at LSU.

He opened a new Blues Box on Lafayette Street in 2000. It was only opened from 2000-2004.

The original was on North Blvd but had to close in 99 because of the railroad overpass that they were building.
