The Patio opened in the late 50s or early 60s.

ONO’s is pretty old too. Not sure when they opened.

The Jefferson and The French Connection are also older than pretty much everything mentioned. But I think those were both opened in the 70s.

I don’t think ONOs was open when I moved back to town 20 years ago. I do know in the early 80s, Billy Cannon’s orthodontics office was in that spot.
