If you take an Uner to work, outside of vehicle mechanical issues, you're fricking retarded. If you don't have a car, riding public transportation or walking or riding a bike makes sense...paying for a 2-way Uber doesn't.

I’m on the side of less government spending, but this particular program is literally for mentally handicapped (f/k/a retarded) people.

I’m sure these particular people can’t actually get a driver’s license.

The real solution for CA, MN, and the other states is to let Uber/Lyft drivers drive for the rates they agree to. If it’s not enough then people won’t do it.

Some of these people might literally be retarded. Kroger by my house had baggers who are clearly mentally handicapped. They can bag groceries but don’t work the register and definitely shouldn’t be driving.
