I have an indoor steam room, just a little tent with a hose hooked up to a little pot like thing that boils water and sends steam to tent. Only $200 on Amazon, best investment ever. I use every night and feels great after.
Anyways, I have a thermostat gauge, and it gets to 110 F and 100% humidity. I searched that on a heat index calculator, and it says 275 F heat index. No way that's true. Feels like 150 maybe, but 275 would boil my blood.
