You really have two Buckheads: The "old money" neighborhoods west of Peachtree and Roswell Roads (i.e. Tuxedo Park, Peachtree Battle, Paces, Mt. Paran-Northside), and the Buckhead Village area/eastern Buckhead which has the bars and is less affluent. 95% of the issues occur in the latter area.

And the rest occurs around Lenox Square, where you now have the opportunity to both shop AND dodge bullets. Buckhead is what it is now largely due to culcha, Boo Boo.
