Buckhead has become a status symbol for cultured folks.

It might be considered an “affluent neighborhood” based on who lives there, but the vast majority of folks that hang out in Buckhead bars and lounges are anything but.

You really have two Buckheads: The "old money" neighborhoods west of Peachtree and Roswell Roads (i.e. Tuxedo Park, Peachtree Battle, Paces, Mt. Paran-Northside), and the Buckhead Village area/eastern Buckhead which has the bars and is less affluent. 95% of the issues occur in the latter area.

Correct. The influx of apartments has really impacted the area.
