Including non-citizens in the apportionment of seats in the House and for the Electoral College does one of two things.
A) It gives non-citizens a voice in OUR government.
B) It gives the citizens of that state/district out-sized representation in our government since they have the "extra" numbers juiced by the presence of the non-citizens.
One or the other, A or B, happens. Period. That's why they refuse to fight it.
