No problem. I want to come back and see a post of you saying you fixed it. So, I'll keep putting stuff I find and see if it fixes it for you.
Yes. This should be your board.
Look on the bottom middle right. You can faintly see USB inside the pins. They are labeled USB1 and USB2. Those are your USB2.0 headers. The cables should feed through some holes in your case backboard plate down near there and plug in. You can probably trace them from there, up.
My guess is they used a splitter to connect those two, like in the video and a splitter for the iCUE hubs. Unless there is a pin bent/broken, I doubt the header is bad. The AIO fans are running because the fans are plugged into the comm core and the comm core is powered.

Are the USB headers typically at the bottom of the Motherboard?

That NZXT hub is what I actually bought. I wonder if hooking the commander core & LCD, if I can figure out where they're currently plugged in, into that might be worth a shot? Could tell me if a header is bad, right? Although, if I had a bad header or if the commander core wasn't fully set up I'd imagine the AIO fans wouldn't be lit/running at all and/or the LCD wouldn't be displaying the temp, no?
