As a criminal defense attorney, there are few things we enjoy less than being told by a prosecutor that they “have a few jail calls” they will be forwarding along…

And the bitch of it is that every single one of those calls start with a warning that the call is being recorded. And yet, somehow, people can’t help themselves.
