She is either in a relationship, or into you, but not wanting you. When she messages you, do you reply within a few minutes or hour or two tops? She is either hiding you, or stringing you along. Women have the advantage on these apps and sites. You have to know going in that she has options, you might as well, but she has more options than she can respond too. If you can capture more than just her eye, but her attention as well, you should try and move off the site and to SMS/Facetime/etc before she gets pings with a guy who also caught her eye and might be more engaging with her.

Two options, she is already boo'd up and keeping options or looking for some side action. Or you aren't very engaging. If it's the former get out. If it's the latter then I'd probably start to open up my options because you might be able to get her into a conversation and back engaged, but chances are some else already has.
