The east side of the island gets big waves from the Atlantic, so places like Bathsheba Beach are pretty, but only popular with surfers.
Most of the population resides on the west side of the island, where the waves are gentler. Carlisle Bay, specifically the beach south of Bridgetown between the Hilton and the Radisson, is a great beach.

At Agrofest, their equivalent to a state fair:
"Pudding and souse" is what they call this dish of sweet potatoes and pork (usually pig ears). It's good.
Carlisle Bay beach from my room at the Radisson:
Harrison's Cave:
Bridgetown is a pleasant city, though lacking in true "sights."
Inside the George Washington house:

This was the beach at the Fairmont, still a very nice beach:
Little bird was happy to eat jelly off of a fingertip:
When you leave the island, get to the airport early and give yourself time to tour the Concorde:
