Well I’ve gone from 195 lbs to 160. So I’m guessing fat loss

Again, you're missing the point. You went from 195 lbs to 160 lbs because you burned more calories than you consumed. Fasting was the method you chose to do so.

You asked if a Coke Zero, which has zero calories, would be breaking your fast. Of course, the answer is "no" because it has no calories. The caveat is if you're fasting for religious or spiritual reasons. Then, the answer may be different.
