ive tried to tell everyone on this board for years now....unless you are prepping for a show or are at a minimum below a true dexa scan 10%, meaning fricking peeled, to stop worrying about insulin response, meal timing, amount of carbs and all the other bullshite spouted on here and just worry about calories and protein

the only science is consistency and protein is always the star

every thing else is just strategies to control calories/eat enough protein
