All very good info, but the funny thing is, I’ve had more trouble with my S&G dial than with electronics. It’s good now but I guess it got bumped on one of the moves and it would occasionally be a bitch to open. There was a minute there where I wasn’t sure I was going to get it open again. That’s not typical though. My Winchester electronic lock did shite the bed, but they sent me a new one and it was easy to replace.

Bottom line is I wouldn’t worry too much about a safe with a quality E-lock.

One of my safes has that fancy shite. Wifi or Bluetooth with some app to your phone. It was too complicated for me. So I just use the keys.

My shite only gets locked up if I'm away for the weekend or whatever. I keep my firearms positioned in every room of my house and readily available to shoot a coyote, squirrel or whatever else finds itself in my optics. We just had new windows installed and I'm not getting screens put in. I want to be able to shoot effectively from any window and angle.

I live out in the sticks and I don't have kids, so I don't have any firearms that don't get handled and used on a semi-regular basis. Front room has plate carrier, molle drop leg rig with my 10mm Glock in it and a rifle. Bedroom has a 18" shotgun, 2 handguns and a rifle. Living room has a 12 gauge and 2 rifles. Kitchen has one handgun. Spare bedrooms have rifles. Haha. frick em.
