My comment wasn’t meant to be the typical OT “my butler lives in a mansion where rent is $50k/mo” comment. It’s just that $1000 is incredibly cheap for housing unless you have two roommates also paying $1000 each.

I don’t know where this person is expecting to live, but you’re not going to find much if anything at that price point.
