This is exactly why I don't interact with female coworkers when it comes to jokes and messing around outside of work duties. It's all fun and games and they are "one of the guys" right up until they aren't and then it is all on you. She can be rough housing right up until you accidentally touch her thigh or arse and then she is screaming sexual harrassment. And you have no defense.

We had a female coworker that used to hang out with a bunch of dudes on the company Sales Team. I warned them but they didn't listen. She was a drinking, swearing, partying fool with the rest of them. Right up until she got in a jam and was going to be fired. She went to HR and whipped out a list of the times they had taken her to the strip club and said inappropriate shite and, boom, all of them were the ones in trouble. Now she is untouchable around the workplace because they know she has a big ole lawsuit sitting there waiting to be filed.
