Would need to move the Vollyball Courts and build a new Natatorium and tennis complex, but this could work pretty well IMO:
I can also see this being optimal, especially if a large, scalable arena is built on this site that can handle LSU Basketball + concerts that normally pass the region by:

They already built a new tennis complex.
And LSU isn’t building an arena downtown.
