I feel I’ve lit a fire. My overall concern is that insurance agencies treat to frick people all the time. I’m relying on another persons insurance at this point not to frick me. It’s very concerning. And to answer any questions about BI, my passenger has very legitimate injuries, but I didn’t bring that up initially because I didn’t want it to cloud the issue…

You know what, you’re right. It’s stunning they’ve been the number 1 insurer for almost 100 years sucking as much as they do.
