I missed this part of a WAFB article:

Officials from the city-parish said Boil and Roux’s local liquor license expired in January and Walker has been unable to renew it because of other issues with the State Fire Marshal.
Adding to that, WAFB has confirmed with the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control that Boil and Roux does not have a state license to sell alcohol either. Officials confirmed that their state license also expired and has not yet been renewed.

I was bored as shite and watched a few episodes of “Restaurant Impossible” on HBO Max, and sure enough Boil and Roux was an episode. Dude is a special brand of dipshit if it’s the same owner on the episode
