Exactly what source do you use for electrolyte supplements during longer fast. Is there a pill or powder at GNC that has the needed combination?

There are plenty of flavored electrolyte tabs available. Nuun is a popular one. The company I order from is Zym. Zym.com is the website. I use them when doing longer endurance exercises and also to sip on during the day. But you can also get unflavored powder to mix with water or juices.
