3 day water only fasts are incredible for you. I do a 21 day water fast twice a year. Starting over, avoid sugar and processed crap that fda approves. It’s the enemy and will kill you. If you don’t shoot it or grow it, be careful if you eat it. Good job.

Thats wild. You are one of the small minority of folks that possess the willpower and discipline to do something like that. I tried once and got to 8 days.
