Well guys, 68.5 hours is what it ended up being. Fruit smoothie with yogurt for dinner. Lost a total of 12 pounds and do feel much better. Ill have yogurt for breakfast, salad for lunch tomorrow. Tricky part will be dinner with the family. All in all though id like to continue the positive momentum and get down another 25 pounds or so.

Thats awesome! Definitely use the after effects of the fast to your benefit. If you desired to go the low carb route or the OMAD route, youll find you will have a lot of momentum as your body has already been using fat as fuel for a while and youll be decently adapted. Fasts also get easier, the more you do them.
