re: To what level do you just completely dismiss someone that lists their pronouns anywhere?

I'm in SaaS sales, so I see this a lot. I used to just completely disregard it and go about the generic sales process, rolling my eyes when not on camera.

But I figured out that certain "buzzwords" and phrases are more effective with the type of person who lists their pronouns in their Zoom display or email. Almost without exception, I'll know instantly what they are going to care about and what isn't a priority.



Definitely tells me a lot about the prospect right away.

Personally I think these people are silly, but I'm not trying to be their friend, I'm trying to sell them a product.
