What kind of prison do you think this guy is going to? This is a non violent man that committed financial fraud.

Right now is the worst time of his whole sentence.

Once he's processed he'll be sent to a minimum security prison camp. That means no walls, no gun towers, very little direct supervision and years and years of mind numbing boredom. He can watch TV in his room or read or play cards. As long as he doesn't do anything stupid like try to escape, that's where he'll stay. If he walks off and they catch him, then it's up to medium or max.
