My mom has always liked to live like she has more money than she does. She's living on a pension now so I guess she's had to tone it down some. Her mom was like that too.

My dad is the complete opposite. It's probably at least one reason why they are divorced. He has plenty of money but hates to spend it other than eating out every meal.
