Yup! I just left a medical clinic where the owner used the accounts like an open checkbook. He spent less time working and started flying all over the world. Kids to Disney every other month. The clinic went down in flames.
Forced my hand to actually start my own clinic and I'm now the owner of a humble and lucrative practice.
Learn from your own mistake and the mistakes of others.
I'm super happy to be my own boss for the first time ever!

Sounds like one of my physician clients. Had a thriving neuro office, robust contracts with NASA, a few other ancillary services, and she was the primary private physician for several pro athletes but treated her business checking account like her personal piggy bank. Filed bankruptcy and is now living off some long time ago protected assets. Sad reality, she was a great doctor and thankfully we protected as many assets as we could a decade+ ago but she lost control around 2019. She was earning over $1m/year...she was the best and worst client.
