2-5.
my oldest was an a-hole in utero and an a-hole for the next three years.
my youngest was an easy pregnancy, easy birth, and easy infancy. then after he learned to walk, he became an a-hole till he was about 5.
been mostly good since then. oldest is a moody 17 year old and we get along, but he can be a bit of a dick. takes everything way too personally and wears his emotions on his sleeves. never gets in trouble at school or anything.
younger one (14) is a kind young man and much more respectful and well behaved. he does however get in trouble at school more often than necessary. but it's a private christian school so it's stuff that wouldn't make you bat an eye at a public school.
both are straight A students for the most part.
however...
