Inferred, but not stated is the premise that if someone that makes good decisions year after year must be pretty good, amirite?

And if you are pretty good you win lots of games, amirite?

Simple. Bonehead decisions = bad (losing) seasons, Good seasons = good (winning) seasons.

I don’t have to actually describe any Miles boneheaded decisions, as there are too many to list.
