I'm confused. You're from Birmingham, and yet you don't know anything about ATL?
Here's a tip: If it's on the south side of I-20, it certainly sucks.
There isn't a safe place to shop for a bunch of women, because criminals target places like Phipps because they know women are rolling out with hundreds and thousands of dollars of crap when they hit the parking lot. Will you update with the police report after they show back up eventually?
