I wouldn’t want to work for an employer that cared what university I went to It really only matters (slightly) for your first job out of college. After that, it’s all experience & who you know

Years ago, I was told “ the first job is on your college, the next ones are on you”.
After almost 40 years in the work force, it was good advice.
